After massive member, alumni and fan support, ACRN has the chance to win an award from MTV.

The station has made it to the Top 25 for an MTVu Woodie Award for the “College Radio Woodie,” which honors the best student-run college radio station. Voting, which takes place this week, will help move 10 stations into the next round.

The Woodie Awards honor the “best music as voted by college students,” with past musicians such as Death Cab for Cutie, 30 Seconds to Mars and Matt & Kim taking home trophies.
